APR slutade på 14:e och sista plats i Afrikanska Champions League. Där finns dock självrannsakan hos coach Anaclet Bagirishya.
Det är The New Times som rapporterar om Rwanda-mästarna APR och deras insats i Afrikanska Champions League. De slutade sist i turneringen med fem raka förluster och huvudtränare Anaclet Bagirishya säger:
– We have learnt a lot and gained some valuable experience from the competition – this competition proved that our local league is still at low level compared to other countries, especially North Africa.
– Our infrastructure too is very poor. However, we are optimistic the game will continue to improve as time goes by.
